With a hint of mint this drink will refresh you all summer long. Mint grows wild outside our flat making this delightfully convenient and it’s especially pretty for hosting.
Serves: as many as you have jars to fill
Tools:
glass jars (reuse glass juice or milk bottles, thoroughly washed and dried)
Ingredients:
fresh picked mint – one bunch per bottle (thoroughly washed and patted dry)
filtered water
For the water:
Clip any roots or stems off the mint. Wash thoroughly and pat dry.
Shimmy the mint stems, leaves attached, into your jars. Fill with filtered water to cover.
Refrigerate over night before serving to allow mint flavors to infuse the water.
Sip and enjoy.
